  First Baptist Church of Union Point is a traditional Bible based church located in the center of Union Point. We come together each week to study God's word and pray for the sick and lost. I have been a member here since I was 9 years old. We have been through hard times, such as when the church building burned. The congregation came together and although the building was gone the Church was alive and well. The building was rebuilt and all are welcome here. The church has a wonderful radio ministry carried on Dock 103.9.
  
  Pastor Marc's message yesterday was from John 6, entitled Jesus: The Good Carb. Can't wait to see what next Sunday's message will be!

  First Baptist Church of Union Point is a beautiful church located in Greene county GA. The church has a loving family atmosphere. The music is lively and traditional, and the preaching is centered on the Bible. There is a unity in the church that is rare. I praise God for our new church family that has welcomed us with open arms.

  Well, we've been attending First Baptist Church Union Point for about 5 months now!
  
  We felt so welcome from the first day we were there! Everyone is so extremely friendly! It's like "coming home"! They eat together once per month so if you didn't know folks, you can get better acquainted at dinner! Sunday morning is traditional but not at all lacking spontaneity! There is always something special to remember and enjoy! Even it's just one of the preacher's jokes (at beginning of sermon), told just like a fine 'stand up comedian'! And always linked to the sermon which helps you remember better! All are welcome! Really!! Come on down!

  First Baptist Church of Union Point is a great place to worship. The architecture is beautiful and lends itself to a wonderful worship atmosphere. The pastor, Marc Lhowe, has a heart for ministry to the community. Sunday morning services are broadcast live on Dock 103.9 radio.
